If you contact us by email, your data will be stored for six months for the purpose of processing the request and in the event of follow-up questions. We will not pass on this data without your consent.
Webshop transactions and membership registration
We would like to point out that in case of an online transaction through our online shop or an online registration for a Vienna membership, the name, address and email address of the buyer are stored. The data you provide is required to fulfill the contract or to carry out pre-contractual measures. Without this data, we cannot conclude the contract with the buyer. There is no data transmission to third parties, with the exception of the transmission of the address data to the transport company commissioned by us to deliver the goods and to our tax advisor to fulfill our tax obligations. After the purchase process is canceled, the stored data will be deleted. In the event of a contract being concluded, all data from the contractual relationship will be stored until the tax retention period (7 years) expires. The buyer’s name, address, purchased goods and date of purchase are also stored until the end of product liability (10 years). Data processing takes place on the basis of the legal provisions of Section 96 (3) TKG and Art 6 (1) lit a (consent) and / or lit b (necessary to fulfill the contract) of the DSGVO.

Our website uses cookies. These are small text files that are stored on your device using the browser. They do no harm. We use cookies to make our website user-friendly. Some cookies remain on your device until you delete them. They enable us to recognize your browser the next time you visit. Our website uses functions of the web analytics service Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. ("Google"). Our concern within the meaning of the DSGVO (legitimate interest) is the improvement of our offer and our website. Since the privacy of our users is important to us, the user data is pseudonymized. The user data is stored for a period of 14 months and then deleted or anonymized.
Rights
In principle, you have the right to information, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability, revocation and objection. If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law or your data protection claims have otherwise been violated in any way, you can complain to the supervisory authority.
